RETURN POLICY:
Students are able to return textbooks and course material for a refund for full purchase price, WITH RECEIPT, up until, BUT NOT AFTER the FIRST WEEK OF CLASS.

RENTAL RETURNS ARE DUE ON THE LAST DAY OF CLASS FOR EACH TERM.

NO RETURNS will be allowed after these dates, for FULL CREDIT. New books must remain in NEW CONDITION. If a book was sold in shrink wrap it must remain in shrink wrap, even if the book was sold in error, in order to get a full refund. Books must also be free of markings, soil, or scratches. Books that were not in stock and prepaid for by customers will only be credited for a full refund if the bookstore is contacted by the customer to cancel the order and refund the transaction on or before the above dates.

Customers are responsible for providing their most up to date contact information even if information changes mid-semester. This is included, but not limited to an email, a phone number, and an address.

A completed transaction authorizes email, text, and phone call reminders for prepaid books, rental returns, and promotional offers from the NMMI Bookstore.

eBooks

eBooks can be returned within a 7 days from purchase date. Normal textbook return period does not apply to eBook purchases.

Shipping

Any shipping charges are non-refundable.
