The bookstore accepts major credit cards, debit cards, available student account funds, financial aid, third-party funding, and Bronco Bucks when applicable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have my textbooks billed to my student account?
Yes. If eligible funds are available on your student account, textbook purchases can be billed directly to those funds.

When are Financial Aid payment methods available?
Financial Aid payment options are typically available at the beginning of each semester. Please contact the Financial Aid Office to verify your available funds and eligibility.

Can I purchase items other than course materials with Financial Aid?
No. Available Financial Aid funds may only be used for eligible textbook and course material purchases.

Why do I need a debit or credit card on file for a rental if I am using Financial Aid?
A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file in case rented materials are not returned by the due date.

I received an order confirmation email. Has my payment method been charged?
Not yet. The order confirmation email simply confirms that we received your order and payment information. Your payment method is charged when your order is fulfilled. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.
